This property was acquired during my time as Head of Development at Churchill Real Estate Holdings, the borrower was unable to service their debt and that resulted in a forfeiture of the property. From the partially completed foundation the full building was raised in under 18 months, the offering plan has been approved and the building is now being actively marketed.
