34th St, Manhattan

While heading up development for Churchill Real Estate Holdings, I oversaw the completion, financing, and restructuring of this office tower with ground floor retail in a prime Penn Plaza location. The building was acquired out of a partnership dispute where a common ground was reached that worked for all involved.

From that after extensive financial modeling it was determined office with a ground floor retail component was the most efficient use of the lot. The building was erected and received TCO in under 14 months, it’s now on its way to be fully leased up and stabilized while the building and the area around it appreciate due to the large amount of surrounding development including Hudson Yards.
